Due to our unique business model, we do not allow returns since you have the ability to try on all of the items in the comfort of your own home.

We do allow an exchange up to 7 days after your purchase.  After the 7 days is expired we will no longer allow exchanges.

Please note that all items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. Fezz does not accept exchanges after 7 days. For more information on returning purchased merchandise, see our Terms and Conditions. Please email contact@fezz.shop for an exchange.
