    Living in a mountain town means limited shopping. Not only limited, but really hard to find unique styles. Not everyone wants to dress like they just shopped at REI or Patagonia. Fezz offers a revolutionary way of shopping in Incline Village—by delivering stylish, customized looks straight to your door. Fezz hopes to bring you pieces you can invest into your wardrobe that speaks perfectly to your style, and that you’ll be able to wear time and time again.
  • Are There Any Fees?
    No styling, shipping, or membership fees. We keep it simple: there’s a $100 deposit for your order, but it's applied to your purchase or refunded if your total is less than the deposit!
  • Who uses Fezz?
    Fezz is geared towards the individuals who are bold, creative and want to express their personality with their clothing. Think of it as women who dress in sunshine! Most of our styles reflect lots of bold colors, prints that give you a modern retro feel. It should also be one who values nice garments that will last a lifetime in her closet.
  • How Does it Work?
    After you request to be styled, we will get in contact with you to learn more about your style and sizing. We will hand select some of our beautiful garments we think you will love to be gathered and delivered to your home. Once we drop off the garment to your home, you will have 24 hours to try on the styles and keep what you love. After the 24 hours is up we will return to pick up the items you wish to not keep. It's that simple.
  • What Sizes Do you Carry?
    We currently carry contemporary sizes ranging from 0 to 10 and XS to L. We do hope to add additional sizing in the future as the company continues to grow.
  • What Brands Do You Carry?

  • Can I Return Items I Purchased?
    Since the items are hand delivered to your home, allowing you the space to keep and try on your clothes for 24 hours we do not allow return items after purchasing them.
  • Am I Liable for Any of the Clothes?
    Good question! Our clothes are sourced from some of the highest-quality fabrics around the world. They are the sunshine to our business. If any items are damaged or not returned you will be charged for them. All clothing items are thoroughly inspected before and after your order.
  • How does Fezz offer Sustainable clothing?
    At Fezz, we view our clothing as both sustainable and ethically crafted. We collaborate with smaller clothing designers and manufacturers, exclusively opting for made-to-order production. Each garment is meticulously crafted using premium fabrics, aligning with our commitment to ethical production practices.
  • How Can I Make an Exchange?
    You can request another size in an item that was delivered to you. Email Fezz at or text (214) 984 0844 to make the request. We will arrange to deliver the additional size.
  • What if I Receive a Damaged Item?
    Before delivering our garments to your home, we carefully inspect each item. If you happen to receive a damaged item, please let us know right away. You will be charged for merchandise returned to us in damaged condition and/or for any items with tags removed.
  • How Can I Make a Return?
    Due to our unique business model with an at home try on period, we do not offer any returns. If you receive an item that was damaged, please let us know right away. We thoroughly inspect every garment items before and after the try on period.
  • I'm not Local, but I live nearby. Will you come to me?
    Yes! Glad you asked. We understand not everyone might be local. We will gladly hand deliver our garments within a 25 mile radius.
  • Are there Delivery Fees?
    We’re not into fees. We provide a highly personalized, easily accessible service for women to purchase the outfits they need.
  • What time of day do you deliver?
    We deliver between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday- Friday and 10:00 am -4:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday's. We do not deliver on Holidays. Any orders placed on a holiday will be delivered to you the next day. Holidays will include, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, New Years Day and 4th of July!
  • Do I Need To Be Home For My Items To Be Delivered?
    Yes! Someone will need to be at the home during the time of delivery. Good news is that you pick the day and time it's delivered. Something comes up and need to change the time? No worries, shoot us a text at (214) 984 0844.
